Hallöchen, mein Freund schenkte mir eine Medaille mit einem lateinischen Schriftzug. Leider kann ich ihn trotz Latein in der Schule nicht richtig verstehen. Ich hoffe, jemand kann mir das übersetzen und erklären.
„PAX DOMINI REX MORTUM??????“
Mein Freund meint, es bedeutet: „Friede des Herrn und der König ist gestorben??“ Aber dann müsste es doch heißen: Rex mortuus.?? (oder Mortum =mortuum??)
MORTUM macht keinen Sinn bzw. gibt es nicht.
Es könnte vlt. eine Abkürzung sein für MORTUUM = MORTUORUM -->König der Toten
